• Unlimited Phone/Text/Email support
• On Call 24/7 (or able to supply reliable back-up) from the point of hiring until the birth. 

• 2 - 6 Prenatal Meetings to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, what to expect during birthing, and to make sure you feel confident and prepared for your birth and postpartum. Amount of meetings will be based on your needs and how early you book. Those booking into care sooner will receive more meetings for the same fee.

• Continuous Labour & Birth Support from the moment you feel you need me, throughout your labour, and until your family is all settled in with its newest member.

• 1 Postpartum Visit to discuss the birth, your transition to parenthood, and any areas where you feel you could use some extra support. This can include anything from breastfeeding to baby wearing or just general baby care. I am also experienced with cloth diapering, elimination communication, and infant massage. 

• Continued Postpartum Support via a weekly Postpartum Support Group
• Access to a Lending Library
• Use of an Elle TENS machine in early labour.

• Optional Birth Pool Add-on for $150 ($250 value), including a La Bassine Maxi birth pool and all the necessary supplies. I will also take care of the entire setup and take down.
